One thing I really like about my workshop is that I can easily transform it from a private dream garage into a studio – in order to shoot videos or stills for DIY guides and product tests. They are in high demand from manufacturers as well as classic car and motorcycle magazines.

With proper lighting, plenty of space, all necessary tools and (way too many) projects which need attention, it´s a great starting point for purposeful content production. With Contorion (tools), motogadget (nomen est omen), TimeMAX (corrosion protection) or Motor Klassik (classic car mag) as references, I´m really looking forward to the next opportunity.

The following gallery shows the process of setting top-dead-center marks on my 1972 Yamaha DT2, shot for an editorial guide in Oldtimer Markt.
